Julia Bengtson moves between Nordic folk music and modern Swedish pop. Her songs hold both vulnerability and strength, unease and presence, unfolding on stage as a personal story with room for the intimate and the expansive.
Julia works with fiddle and voice, performing both her own music and together with Fredy Clue. In the family performance “Hvad skjuler du?” (What are you hiding?), their instruments meet stories about folk costume, identity and traditions.
